Upon graduation from the Barry University School of Law in 2010, Tye served as the staff mediator for the Ninth Circuit’s Osceola County Courthouse Mediation Department for almost seven years before going into private practice with the Mediation Center of Central Florida. Tye is a FL Supreme Court Certified Primary Mediation Trainer, also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the FAMU School of Law in Orlando, FL.
