The Mediation Center of Central Florida  offers Certification and Training in Alternative Dispute Resolution, with a practical focus based on experience. Our certification and ongoing advanced & intermediate mediation training focuses on strong theory, best practices and real life mediation scenarios in all of our Certification, CME & CLE seminars.

 

Our goal is to train strong competent and compassionate mediators, while also providing relevant and advanced continuing education for personal growth  and ongoing professional development.

CONTINUING MEDIATOR & ATTORNEY LEGAL EDUCATION WORKSHOPS:

The Mediation Center of Central Florida offers 5 distinct Seminars:

 

  • Skills That Define Today's Well-Prepared Mediator  (8 hours over two (2) days)

  • Advanced Marital Settlement Agreement Seminar - Part I -> (16 hours over two (2) Days with 3rd Day of Mock Mediations)

  • Advanced Marital Settlement Agreement Seminar - Part II -> (16 hours over two (2) Days with 3rd Day of Mock Mediations)

  • Advanced Parenting Plan Seminar - Part I ->  (16 hours over two (2) Days with 3rd Day of Mock Mediations)

  • Advanced Parenting Plan Seminar - Part II -> (16 hours over two (2) Days with 3rd Day of Mock Mediations)

 

Each individual seminar gives the attendee appropriate CME / CLE hours, toward the total requirement for mediator renewal. Each Seminar will provide the participant with:

  • 16 Hours of CME & CLE credits             Advanced Marital Settlement Agreement Seminar (Part I & II)

Each seminar is distinctive, with its own curriculum and specific topics based largely on practical mediation experience, along with talented guest speakers, with the goal of helping the seminar participant become comfortable with the ever expanding and important role of electronic media and on-line dispute resolution.
